1. In paragraph 1.3.1 after the mark of class of emission "H3E" insert the symbol of footnote "*".

2. At the bottom of the page insert the following text of the footnote:

"* It is not required for transmitters manufactured on or after 1 July 2002."

3. The rest of the footnotes are renumbered.
